"The beginning of our business dates back to 1932 with the founder Luigi Villa.

It became a capital Company in 1982 and ever since then the company has been under family control.

Over the course of more than 80 years of business the company has faced challenges from an increasingly competitive market, revamping itself and acquiring new products that provide a substantial benefit to its clients.

The small 50 square metre lab with an enclosed store in Via Statuto 4 in Milan increased its floorspace to the current 1500 square metres at the new headquarters in Via Piave 27 in Pero (MI).

The new headquarters, which were purchased in 2015, will allow the offices, the laboratories, the showroom with a demo room for products, the technical assistance laboratories, the warehouse with Courier entrance and internal parking for Clients to be made use of to their full potential.

The Initial handmade fabrication of stamps, plaques and engravings has turned into a complex business that now has four highly specialised product divisions, complete with an efficient Customer Service throughout Milan and its surrounding areas for:

  • INDUSTRIAL SEAL PRESSES AND PORTABLE INKJET PRINTERS
  • STAMPING, ENCODING, AND HOLE-PUNCHING / AUTHENTIFICATION OF DOCUMENTS
  • PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF STAMPS AND STAMP PRODUCING MACHINES FOR STAMP FACTORIES, STATIONERY SHOPS, PRINTING HOUSES AND SERVICE CENTRES.
  • LASERS FOR ENGRAVING AND LASERABLE MATERIALS


The TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE side is worthy of mention.

All equipment and products sold are directly and indirectly tended to in Italy.

The goal is to ensure continuous support and a close relationship with the client and to ensure product durability through custom support and maintenance Contracts.
