For many years, we have offered our clients multiple solutions and laser engraving machines. Each laser cutting machine comes equipped with professional software and a user-friendly interface, ensuring high performance.

How does CO2 laser cutting work?
Essentially, the laser beam produced by the lamp is directed onto the surface of the material to be cut with enough power and speed to melt it at the point of contact and through its entire thickness. Through a contactless process at a defined focal length, this technology allows for a high-quality finish. Additionally, it is fast, precise, and has adequate laser power capable of cutting high-precision patterns from a variety of metals, including steel, titanium, aluminum, and copper, as well as some plastics and glass.

CO2 laserable materials and applications of laser engraving markers
A wide range of materials can be cut using our CO2 laser machines, primarily wood, plexiglass, and plastics, but also cardboard and fabrics. Laser cutting of wood, combined with the surface engraving of the same material, allows for high-quality objects with impressive effects. Even fine woods are suitable for laser engraving and cutting, producing high-quality results. Different thicknesses can be cut depending on the laser source power and the speed of movement. Plexiglass and acrylic laserable materials also lend themselves very well to laser engraving and cutting.
We offer optimal solutions for companies working with these materials to create decorative objects, gadgets, plaques, signs, and more. Gadgets can also be made based on customer designs, and laser engraving and cutting can be applied to leather, two-tone material, paper of varying thicknesses, wood, from the softest to MDF. Industrial sectors favor working on prepared materials such as anodized aluminum in various colors, brass, and other metals properly pre-treated on the surface. In addition to identification and traceability, laser cutting is useful in manufacturing: artisans and others use laser markers to engrave tags, jewelry, and more. Textile companies also benefit from the advantages of engraving and laser cutting machines, as they combine precision and flexibility in processing. Synthetic fabric cutting ensures no fraying and clean edges, while cutting natural fabrics, such as linen and cotton, generally results in slightly burnt edges, but this unwanted effect can be corrected by choosing optimal processing parameters.

Laser cutting machines: how much do they cost

Our range of machines offers laser cutting machines suitable for all needs, from small artisans to larger companies, ensuring the optimal solution based on the type of work. The cost for laser cutting machines starts at around €3600 for basic models, up to around €25,000 for models with larger areas and higher power for industrial applications.
